Business Operations Supervisor

Job Responsibilities

Implement cooperation plans and targets set for designated airlines and OTAs in alignment with the headquarters’ overall strategy, and advance business cooperation by adapting to local market shifts.

Maintain close communication with local airlines, OTAs and other business partners to secure premium resources and sustain long-term cooperative relationships.

• Establish an on-site service team as needed to undertake partial after-sales services for local partnered OTAs.
• Take full charge of all local compliance matters, including company registration, tax coordination and government liaison.
• Feed back local market trends to the headquarters and propose localized commercial optimization suggestions.
