Business / System Analyst (ERP, HIS, and EMR)

A Business Analyst specializing in HIS (Health Information Systems), EMR (Electronic Medical Records), and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) analyzes, documents, and translates business needs into technical solutions for healthcare and enterprise systems. Key responsibilities include gathering and documenting user and system requirements, analyzing and optimizing workflows, translating these needs into technical specifications for IT implementation, and providing training and support to end-users.

Provide training, support, and documentation to end-users to ensure successful adoption and utilization of the systems.
