About the role

• We are seeking a talented
• Content Creators

to join our team in Jakarta. You will be responsible for developing original, engaging content and creative concepts that capture audiences' attention and drive brand narratives. This role is strategically important to our organisation as it directly contributes to our competitive advantage in the creative marketplace and helps us deliver innovative solutions to improve products awareness.

• Key responsibilities
• Develop original creative concepts and ideas for advertising campaigns, content pieces and performing arts initiatives
• Create compelling visual, written or multimedia content that aligns with brand objectives and resonates with target audiences
• Conduct research and analyse trends in advertising, arts and performing arts to inform creative strategies
• Work closely with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements, provide creative recommendations and incorporate feedback
• Produce high-quality deliverables including scripts, storyboards, visual assets and other creative materials
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously whilst maintaining attention to detail and meeting established deadlines
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of creative standards and best practices across projects
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and creative pitches to develop winning concepts for new business opportunities
• What we're looking for
• Proven experience as a Content Creator or similar creative role
• Strong portfolio demonstrating original creative work, innovative thinking and a range of finished projects

Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate creative concepts clearly to both creative and non-creative stakeholders

Proficiency in relevant creative software and tools appropriate to your creative discipline (such as Adobe Creative Suite, video editing platforms or other industry-standard applications)

• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams whilst maintaining creative independence and critical thinking
• Strong understanding of current trends, cultural nuances and audience engagement strategies across various media platforms
• Excellent time management and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
• Attention to detail and commitment to producing work of the highest quality
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic creative environment
• Knowledge of performing arts, live events or experiential marketing is highly desirable
