Candidate Requirements
- Male (single / unmarried preferred).
- Good-looking / presentable appearance.
- Proficient in English (fluency is highly preferred).
- Willing to work in shifts.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Power BI.
- Minimum 2 (two) years of experience as a Call Center Representative.
- Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any major (Communication graduates preferred).
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong time management and communication skills.
- High initiative, creativity, attention to detail, and strong analytical skills.
