• . This role is responsible for ensuring excellent customer service and smooth coordination of import and export shipment operations.

Tanggung Jawab

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding import and export shipments.
• Handle customer inquiries, provide shipment updates, and ensure prompt resolution of issues or complaints

Coordinate with internal departments, overseas agents, shipping lines, airlines, transport providers, and vendors to ensure smooth shipment execution

• Monitor shipment status from booking through final delivery and proactively communicate progress to customers
• Prepare, review, and maintain shipping documents and ensure their accuracy and completeness.
• Respond to customer requests for quotations and coordinate with the pricing team when necessary
• Ensure all customer requirements and service commitments are met in accordance with company standards
• Maintain accurate records of customer communications, shipment details, and operational activities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by delivering professional, responsive, and high-quality service
• Support continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
• Collaborate closely with the operations and documentation teams to ensure timely customs clearance and cargo movement
• Escalate critical operational issues and provide effective solutions to minimize delays and maintain service quality
• Source and negotiate competitive freight rates

from shipping lines, airlines, overseas agents, co-loaders, and other logistics partners to secure the most cost-effective solutions for customers
