Daily Worker Cook Helper

About the Role

• PISON Group is seeking a hardworking, enthusiastic, and service-oriented
• Daily Worker (DW) Cook

to join our Culinary team in Bali. In this role, you will support daily kitchen operations by preparing ingredients, assisting with food preparation, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring food is prepared according to company standards.

• What You'll Be Doing
• Prepare, wash, peel, cut, portion, and organize ingredients according to recipes and instructions
• Assist with daily kitchen preparation and ensure workstations are ready for service
• Support the cooking process under the guidance of senior kitchen staff
• Prepare and cook basic menu items according to company recipes and standards
• Ensure food is prepared consistently, properly, and on time
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen areas, equipment, and workstations
• Assist with receiving, storing, and organizing kitchen ingredients and supplies
• Follow proper FIFO procedures and assist in monitoring ingredient freshness
• Follow food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and kitchen safety standards at all times
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient operations
• Assist with dishwashing, cleaning, and other kitchen duties when required
• Support the Culinary team with other operational tasks as needed
• What We're Looking For
• Previous experience as a Cook, Cook Helper, Kitchen Staff, or in a hospitality environment is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations
• Good understanding of food hygiene and safety standards
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Hardworking, disciplined, and responsible
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Good time management and ability to follow instructions
• Ability to remain calm and focused during busy service periods
• Willingness to learn and develop cooking skills
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Good personal hygiene and a well-groomed appearance
