Data Analyst & Monitoring - Surabaya (Talent Pool) - Supervisor

Job Description

• Perform target setting for value, BO (Bill Outlet), QVO (Quality Value Outlet) by brand, by depot, by sales (distribution channel)
• Setting sales targets per BU, by store by category (retail channel)
• Monitoring the achievement of target value, BO (Bill Outlet), QVO (Quality Value Outlet) by brand, by depot, by sales.
• Conduct an analysis of productivity in achieving target value, BO (Bill Outlet), QVO (Quality Value Outlet) by brand by depot by sales and create a proposal plan for improvement.
• Monitoring the productivity of dealers (both new dealers and existing dealers)
• Conduct monitoring and analysis of sales achievements per Business Unit, by store by category.
• Conduct an analysis of the profitability of stores in each channel, whether multibrand, monobrand, or joint business, to create a development plan.
• Providing the required reports for the business, whether daily, weekly, or monthly reports, which will be used by the sales team in planning.
• Creating a visual report or dashboard related to sales data and customers
• Conducting an analysis of customer dynamics to provide business improvement proposals to be implemented in retail or distribution channels.
• To develop and propose a project improvement in reporting
• Job Requirements
• Educational background in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field are welcomed to apply
• 1–2 years of experience as a Data Analyst, Monitoring Officer, or in a related analytical role.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and basic data analysis.
• Capable of visualizing data and turning insights into clear, engaging presentations.
• Experienced in using Canva, Google Slides, PowerPoint, or similar tools for creating reports and visual storytelling.
• Able to use data tools such as SQL, Power BI, or Tableau is a must
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English, including written and verbal.
• Willing to work fully from office in Surabaya (east Java)
