Job Summary

We are looking for a Data Analyst to build, maintain, and improve internal dashboards, reports, and analytical outputs that support operations, commercial, and leadership decision-making. This role requires strong SQL skills, experience with BI tools, and the ability to translate business questions into actionable data products.

• Key Responsibilities
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports in Metabase (or equivalent BI tool) for operations, commercial, finance, and leadership teams.
• Write and optimise SQL queries against production and analytics databases (MySQL) to answer business questions and generate recurring reports.
• Create self-serve reporting templates that enable non-technical teams to view and filter data independently without ad-hoc requests.
• Define and track key operational metrics including SLA performance, delivery times, assignment efficiency, partner performance, and cost per delivery.
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support business decisions: root cause investigations, trend identification, cohort comparisons, and scenario modelling.
• Collaborate with engineering to define data requirements, ensure data quality, and flag gaps in logging or instrumentation that affect reporting accuracy.
• Document data sources, metric definitions, and dashboard logic so that reports are transparent and maintainable by others.
• Train operations and commercial team members on dashboard usage, filters, and basic self-serve query building.
• Support leadership with data preparation for investor reporting, client reviews, and strategic planning.
• Required Qualifications
• 2–4 years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar analytical role.
• Strong SQL proficiency: complex joins, window functions, subqueries, aggregations, and query optimisation against large datasets.
• Hands-on experience with Metabase, Looker, Mode, Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent BI/dashboarding tool.
• Ability to translate business questions into structured analytical approaches and present findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of data quality concepts: identifying missing data, handling duplicates, understanding source-of-truth hierarchies.
• Strong written and verbal communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Based in Jakarta. This is a work-from-office position, five days per week.
• Nice to Have
• Experience with Metabase specifically, including custom questions, filters, and dashboard embedding.
• Familiarity with Python or R for data manipulation, scripting, or statistical analysis.
• Experience working with logistics, operations, or marketplace data (order volumes, delivery performance, fleet utilisation).
• Exposure to data modelling concepts, ETL pipelines, or data warehouse design.
• Experience training non-technical users on BI tools and building self-serve analytics culture.
