Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations.
- Lead and brief the service team before each shift.
- Ensure excellent guest service and handle guest complaints professionally.
- Monitor food and beverage quality, service standards, and table setup.
- Coordinate with kitchen, bar, and other departments.
- Assist in training and developing service staff.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and SOP compliance.
- Support upselling and maximize guest satisfaction.
- Prepare shift reports and communicate operational issues to management.
