- We're expanding our team and looking for
- Dutch-speaking Customer Service Representatives
- to join our Bali team!
- If you are
- able to speak in Dutch (any nationalities are very welcomed)
and passionate about delivering excellent customer support, we’d love to hear from you. This is a great opportunity to work in a dynamic and international environment.
Key Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch
- (spoken and written)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
- At least a
- diploma
- or
- bachelor's degree
- Customer service or hospitality oriented
- Willing to relocate to Bali, Indonesia
- 1 year experience of work in any fields
Job Responsibilities
- Handle inquiries via
- phone, chat, or email
- from Dutch-speaking customers
- Provide exceptional customer support and resolve issues professionally
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams for continuous improvement
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
