Front Desk & Operations Admin (Reclub)

About the role

This is a front desk and customer service position at a sports facility. You will greet and assist members and non-members, handle check-ins, court bookings, and payments. You will operate booking platforms such as Reclub and Courtside, coordinate players for activities, and respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp and other channels. You will also maintain customer and booking data, prepare daily reports, coordinate with hosts and operations teams, handle cashier duties, and maintain a professional front desk area.

• Key responsibilities
• Greet and assist customers (members and non-members)
• Handle customer check-in, court bookings, and payments
• Operate and manage booking platforms such as Reclub and Courtside
• Invite and coordinate players for Reclub activities
• Respond to customer inquiries through WhatsApp and other channels
• Input, update, and maintain customer and booking data
• Prepare simple daily reports using Excel
• Coordinate with hosts and operations team
• Handle cashier duties and ensure accurate transactions
• Maintain a professional, friendly, and organized front desk area
• About you
• Experience in administration, online shop/e-commerce, customer service, or front desk is a plus
• Comfortable working with multiple applications and online platforms
• Able to operate Microsoft Excel (intermediate)
• Detail-oriented and comfortable with data entry and repetitive administrative tasks
• Friendly, communicative, and comfortable interacting directly with customers
• Familiar with WhatsApp Business, Instagram, and/or e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Tokopedia, or Lazada
• Fast learner and willing to learn booking platforms such as Reclub and Courtside
• Responsible, proactive, and organized
• Willing to work night shifts and rotating shifts
• Able to communicate in English is a plus
