- Key Responsibilities
- Manage the operational performance of multiple outlets.
- Ensure sales, profitability, and operational targets are achieved.
- Monitor service quality and compliance with company SOPs.
- Lead, coach, and develop Restaurant Managers and operational teams.
- Analyze sales and operational performance to drive continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any major (Hospitality, Management, or Business preferred).
- Minimum 6 years of experience in the F&B industry, including at least 2 years as an Area Manager or Operations Manager.
- Experienced in managing multiple outlets and achieving business targets.
- Strong understanding of P&L, food cost, labor cost, and operational performance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
