- Participate in a 9-12 months Management Trainee Program designed to groom you into an operational leader within the company.
- Demonstrate exceptional aptitude in learning, planning, leading, and executing tasks to qualify for the program.
- Engage in comprehensive training modules to develop a deep understanding of various aspects of the company's operations.
- Collaborate with experienced professionals and mentors to gain insights into leadership and management practices.

- Willing to be assigned throughout TAF's branches (all around Indonesia)
