Prepare operational data and reports for Employee Services to support service monitoring and evaluation, including transportation usage, costs by SBU/level/leader, facility utilization, and other operational requirements.

• Maintain good relationships and coordination with internal and external stakeholders and act as the
• contact person

for employees regarding Employee Services and building facilities. Provide information, address needs and inquiries, and follow up on issues with relevant parties.

Manage office/building facilities and supporting services, including access cards and systems, building administration, workplace facilities, utilities, meeting rooms, office supplies, first-aid kits (P3K), and follow up on facility repair or maintenance requirements with relevant parties.

Manage transportation, parking, and delivery services, including employee parking administration, online transportation requests and usage, travel vouchers/balances, delivery and pick-up of goods, as well as monitoring usage and related costs.

Monitor maintenance and cleaning services, including pest control, cleaning service requirements and activities, consumables, project/event support, and coordination and follow-up with related vendors.

Manage Employee Services administration and payment processes, including submissions, invoices, payments, cost centers, supporting documents, reporting, and document filing to ensure accurate and timely processing.

Apply self-leadership in managing daily tasks and responsibilities with discipline, proactiveness, and accountability, while fostering effective collaboration across teams and functions.

Demonstrate positive work culture and behavior to build trust, collaboration, and strong working relationships with employees, internal teams, and external stakeholders.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's Degree in Any Field
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Employee Services, HR Generalist, or a related HR field.
• Proficient in
• Microsoft Excel
