About the Role The TikTok Shop Graduate Development Program is a curated management trainee program designed for high-potential Bachelor's degree graduates who are excited about building the future of e-commerce in Southeast Asia.

The program offers an accelerated pathway for early career talent to develop commercial judgment, analytical capability, operational excellence, and cross-functional leadership in one of the fastest-evolving digital commerce ecosystems. From Day 1, you will take on meaningful business responsibilities through curated rotations across core e-commerce teams. Each rotation is designed to give you hands-on exposure to how we grow sellers, engage creators, run large scale campaigns, improve platform operations, and solve complex business problems.

Upon successful completion of the program, graduates will be well-positioned to take on a high-impact role with continued opportunities to grow as future business, operations, or strategy leaders. Rotation Opportunities Acquisition and Incubation: Support sellers from launch to early growth through acquisition, onboarding, training, and incubation. You will use data-driven insights, practical playbooks, and scalable mechanisms to help sellers succeed on the platform.

Category and Creator Growth: Work with creators, KOLs, sellers, and category teams to strengthen partnerships, improve product discovery, and drive content-led commerce growth. Campaign Management: Contribute to campaigns that build awareness, engagement, and GMV growth, supporting strategy, execution, performance tracking, and post-campaign insights. Platform Operations and Business Intelligence: Use analytics, process improvement, and project execution to solve platform-level challenges, improve operational efficiency, and support better business outcomes.

You will rotate across 3 to 4 teams during the program, with rotation length shaped by business needs. Your preferences, strengths, and development goals will be considered to create a meaningful and immerseive learning experience. Selection Process Online Assessment

Responsibilities

Rotate across core TikTok Shop e-commerce functions to develop a holistic understanding of the SEA digital commerce ecosystem.

Support business growth initiatives across seller acquisition, seller incubation, creator partnerships, campaign management, platform operations, and business intelligence.

Analyze business performance, identify key insights, and translate data into actionable recommendations for stakeholders.

Contribute to high-impact projects that improve seller success, creator engagement, user experience, operational efficiency, and commercial outcomes.

Partner with cross-functional teams across product, operations, category, marketing, creator, analytics, and strategy to solve business challenges.

• Build scalable playbooks, operating mechanisms, and performance tracking approaches that support sustainable business growth.
• Communicate findings, recommendations, and project progress clearly to managers, mentors, and business leaders.
• Demonstrate ownership, curiosity, adaptability, and a strong bias for action throughout each rotation.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualification(s)
• Individuals who are completing or have recently completed a Bachelor's degree in any field or a related discipline.
• Up to 1 year of full-time work experience as of the application deadline.
• Strong interest in e-commerce, technology, digital platforms, consumer products, creator economy, or business operations.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with data, structure ambiguous problems, and develop practical recommendations.

• Clear and effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders across teams and markets.
• Demonstrated intellectual curiosity, learning agility, ownership, and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
• Preferred Qualification(s)

Academic background in Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or related disciplines.

• Prior internship, project, case competition, startup, consulting, e-commerce, technology, or business operations experience.
• Experience using data to solve business problems, such as through Excel, SQL, dashboards, analytics tools, or structured research.
• Strong business acumen and interest in understanding how platforms grow users, sellers, creators, categories, and revenue.

Demonstrated leadership potential through student organizations, entrepreneurial projects, competitions, community initiatives, or other meaningful experiences.

• Ability to thrive in ambiguity, learn quickly, and work effectively in a cross-functional and multicultural environment.
• Interest in building a long-term career in e-commerce, business strategy, operations, growth, analytics, or general management.
