Job Description
Deliver project safety induction trainings for all employees, contractors, vendors, and visitors.
Conduct competency training programs related to work at high, scaffolding, electrical safety, PTW, LOTO, fire prevention, emergency response, and manual handling.
- Maintain and update project training matrix, competency records, and training attendance.
- Conduct refresher trainings, toolbox talks, campaigns, and EHS awareness programs.
- Coordinate with site management to identify training needs and competency gaps.
- Ensure all workers receive mandatory HSE orientation prior to site access.
- Develop training materials, presentations, quizzes, and competency assessments.
- Monitor training compliance in accordance with Indonesian regulations and project requirements.
- Support emergency drills and practical safety exercises.
- Maintain records for audits, inspections, and client reviews.
- Assist in implementation of Behaviour Based Safety (BBS) and safety culture programs.
- Support communication of lessons learned, incident alerts, and safety bulletins.
- Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure workforce competency compliance.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of relevant HSSE experience.
- Certified General OSH Expert (AK3 Umum).
- Valid Training of Trainer (TOT) certification.
- Experience in Data Centre or industrial construction projects preferred.
- Strong presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
- Familiar with Indonesian HSE regulations and workforce competency requirements.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and training record management.
