Job Description
- Deliver onboarding, product training, process training, and capability development programs.
- Develop and update training materials, assessments, and certification programs.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and prepare training reports.
- Analyze performance gaps and implement improvement plans.
- Coordinate with operations teams to ensure training supports business needs.
- Manage employee certification and competency development processes.
Requirements

- Minimum Diploma (D3) degree.
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Training Specialist, Trainer, Learning & Development, or similar role.
- Experience in Call Center, BPO, Customer Service, Telecommunications, Consumer Electronics, Retail, or FMCG industry is highly preferred.
- Fluent spoken English is mandatory.
- Experience conducting classroom training and/or onboarding programs.
- Able to create training materials, assessments, and training reports.
- Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
- Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
