- We’re looking for a
- Grill Cook
- to take full control of the grill and do one thing exceptionally well.
- 👉 Your role is simple: grill Greek souvlaki : chicken and pork skewers to perfection. That’s it.
- Main Responsibilities
- Grill chicken and pork souvlaki skewers with consistency and precision
- Control heat, timing, and cooking levels on the grill
- Ensure every skewer is cooked perfectly, juicy, and ready for the pita
- Secondary Responsibilities
- Assist with preparation (tzatziki, cutting tomatoes and onions) when an extra hand is needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient grill station
- Follow hygiene and food safety standards at all times
- What We’re Looking For
- Experience working on a grill (required)
- Comfortable working with high heat and fast-paced service
- Strong attention to detail and consistency
- Positive attitude and team player
- English communication
