Guest Relations Officer / Host / Hostess

The role

We are hiring Guest Relations Officers across multiple properties. In this role, you will be the face of the property — creating meaningful connections with guests from arrival to departure, and ensuring every moment of their stay feels personal, seamless, and special.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests warmly, creating a personalized first impression
• Manage check-in and check-out processes smoothly and efficiently
• Anticipate guest needs and proactively offer assistance throughout their stay
• Handle feedback, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and care
• Coordinate with housekeeping, F&B, and other departments to fulfill guest preferences
• Maintain accurate guest profiles and preferences in the property management system
• Assist with reservations, room upgrades, and VIP guest arrangements
• Prepare daily arrival reports and in-house guest information

Requirements

• Experience in a guest-facing role within the hospitality industry (hotel or resort preferred)
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus
• Calm, solution-oriented, and professional under pressure
• Well-groomed with a friendly, approachable demeanor
• Familiarity with property management systems
• Flexible with working hours, including weekends and public holidays
• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field is an advantage
