About the role

• Arpana Villas & Private Estate is seeking a dedicated
• Guest Service Agent

to join our Front Office and Guest Services team. As a Guest Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences throughout their stay. This role is strategically important to our operations, as you will directly influence guest satisfaction, loyalty and our reputation as a premier hospitality destination.

• Key responsibilities
• Process guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently using property management systems
• Provide comprehensive information about villa facilities, amenities, local attractions and services available
• Handle guest enquiries and requests promptly, resolving issues with courtesy and discretion
• Manage reservations, room assignments and special requests to ensure guest preferences are met
• Maintain detailed guest profiles and communication records to personalize future experiences
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance and other departments to address guest needs
• Process payments, invoices and guest accounts accurately and securely
• Provide concierge services, including restaurant recommendations, tour bookings and transportation arrangements
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and security protocols throughout all guest interactions
• Respond to guest feedback and concerns with empathy, implementing solutions to enhance satisfaction
• What we're looking for
• Proven experience in guest services, front desk operations or a related hospitality role
• Excellent communication skills in English; fluency in additional languages is highly valued
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail in managing multiple guest requests
• Proficiency with hotel management systems and Microsoft Office applications
• Outstanding interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service
• Ability to remain calm and professional whilst handling challenging situations
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
• Knowledge of Balinese culture and local attractions is advantageous
• High standards of personal presentation and grooming
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to make informed decisions independently
