As a Public Area Daily Worker, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and immaculate environment across all communal spaces within our luxury villa and estate, directly contributing to the exceptional guest experience we are renowned for.

• What you'll be doing
• Cleaning and maintaining all public areas including lobbies, corridors, staircases, terraces, gardens, and common recreational spaces
• Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming and sanitising floors throughout the property on a daily basis
• Dusting furniture, fixtures, fittings and decorative items in communal areas
• Emptying waste bins and ensuring proper waste disposal procedures are followed
• Cleaning windows, glass doors and mirrors to maintain a spotless appearance
• Restocking cleaning supplies and informing management when supplies are running low
• Maintaining high standards of hygiene and adherence to health and safety regulations
• Responding promptly to cleaning requests from guests and management
• Reporting any maintenance issues, damages or hazards to supervisory staff immediately
• Working collaboratively with other housekeeping and grounds staff to ensure seamless operations
• What we're looking for
• Proven experience working as a housekeeping or public area cleaner in a hotel, resort or similar hospitality establishment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness
• Physical stamina and ability to perform manual duties throughout a full working day
• Reliable, punctual and professional attitude with a strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently whilst collaborating effectively with team members
• Knowledge of appropriate cleaning techniques, products and equipment
• Understanding of health and safety procedures in hospitality environments
• Friendly and approachable demeanour with a genuine desire to contribute to guest satisfaction
• Flexibility to adapt to seasonal demands and varying workloads
• Basic English language skills to communicate with international guests and management
• Preferred: Previous experience in a luxury villa, resort or high-end hospitality setting
