About the role
Kanika-Nika Gymnastics Club is seeking a passionate and dedicated Gymnastics Coach to join our training team in South Jakarta. As a Gymnastics Coach, you will play an important role in helping develop the athletic skills and confidence of students through structured and innovative gymnastics programs.
- Key responsibilities
- Help develop athletic skills and confidence of students through structured and innovative gymnastics programs
- Demonstrate gymnastics movements and provide practical assistance
- Work with children, teenagers, and their parents
- Work collaboratively within the team and follow direction from senior coaches
- Maintain flexibility in schedule arrangements and be willing to be placed in different locations
- About you
- Diploma or degree in Sports or Physical Education
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an artistic gymnastics assistant coach
- Deep knowledge of gymnastics techniques, safety, and best practices in instruction
- Strong physical ability and good fitness to demonstrate movements and provide practical assistance
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with children, teenagers, and their parents
- Energetic, patient, loyal, reliable, highly motivated and enthusiastic, rule-following, with good communication skills
- Willing to be flexible in schedule arrangements and placed in different locations within JABODETABEK
