We're Hiring: Head of Operations (Property Technology Company)

We're a rapidly scaling, tech-enabled property management company seeking a proactive, big-picture, and execution-focused Head of Operations to take charge of the company's entire operational engine and serve as a key partner to the CEO in bringing business strategy to life.

• Scope of Work
• Run the full operational engine of the business to meet targets in occupancy, revenue, customer satisfaction, and efficiency.
• Build and implement operational strategy, SOPs, workflows, and systems that can scale with company growth.
• Coordinate multiple teams spanning Property Operations, Customer Service, Sales Support, Maintenance, Housekeeping, and Field Operations.

Take ownership of the operational budget, cost efficiency, and cash flow management, coordinating closely with Finance and Business Development.

Cultivate strong ties with property owners and business partners, resolve operational issues, and support the CEO on strategy formulation and business expansion.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's degree with 2 years of work experience in Operations Management, Property Management, Hospitality, or a similar field.
• Experience leading teams and developing SOPs, KPIs, and operational systems.
• Strong leadership qualities, communication skills, problem-solving ability, and strategic mindset.
• Working knowledge of budgeting fundamentals, cost control, financial monitoring, and operational data analysis.
• Comfortable in a dynamic startup environment, results-oriented, highly adaptable, and fully accountable for their work.
• A plus if experienced in multi-branch operations, high-growth startups, business scaling, and team development.
