Little Spoon is a regenerative design and landscape company based in Bali. We specialize in ecological landscaping, edible gardens, regenerative agriculture, hospitality nature consulting, and nature-inspired projects that reconnect people with the environment.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across business development, operations, marketing, and project coordination, with opportunities to work both in the office and in the field.
About the Role
The Business Development & Operations Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the daily growth and operations of Little Spoon. You will help manage client relationships, coordinate projects, prepare proposals and business documents, support marketing initiatives, and ensure that internal operations run efficiently.
This is a dynamic role suited for someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative, communicates confidently, and is excited to contribute to a purpose-driven business.
- Key Responsibilities
- Prospect & Lead Coordination
- Research and identify potential clients and business opportunities.
- Generate and organize new leads from online, referrals, events, and other channels.
- Qualify and categorize leads based on project type, location, and potential.
- Maintain an up-to-date lead database (CRM).
- Coordinate meetings and site visits between prospective clients and the Director.
Gather initial project information and ensure all relevant details are prepared before handing the lead over to the Director for consultation, quotations, and commercial discussions.
- Client Support & Relationship Management
- Act as the first point of contact for existing clients regarding general inquiries and project updates.
- Coordinate communication between clients and the internal team.
- Follow up to ensure client requests have been addressed satisfactorily.
- Record client feedback, concerns, and improvement opportunities, and report them regularly to the Director.
- Escalate technical questions, commercial discussions, design decisions, or complex requests to the Director for further action.
- Business Operations & Administration Support
- Prepare and organize proposals, presentations, reports, contracts, and project documents.
- Maintain organized digital filing systems and project records.
- Coordinate project schedules, meetings, and administrative activities.
- Assist with supplier coordination and general office operations.
- Support business events, networking opportunities, and company promotions when required.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries via WhatsApp, email, phone, and social media.
- Follow up with prospective clients and maintain strong client relationships with existing customer, coordinate with Director
- Research and identify new business opportunities, including hotels, villas, restaurants, developers, and private residences.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, and service agreements.
- Coordinate client meetings and maintain an organized sales pipeline.
- Maintain accurate client records and project documentation.
- Operations & Project Coordination
- Assist in coordinating landscaping, consulting, and garden projects.
- Liaise with hiring, procurement suppliers, contractors, and project partners.
- Monitor project timelines and ensure tasks are completed on schedule.
- Organize company documents, contracts, and operational files.
- Prepare meeting notes and follow up on action items.
- Support daily administrative and operational activities.
- Marketing & Communications
- Coordinate social media scheduling and content calendars.
- Assist in creating marketing materials using Canva and other design tools.
- Coordinate photography and videography for completed projects.
- Help maintain the company's online presence and marketing initiatives.
- Support promotional campaigns and business collaborations.
- Executive Support
- Assist with calendar management and meeting scheduling. Coordinate travel arrangements and appointments when required.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and business correspondence.
- Support management with special projects and strategic initiatives.
- Field Work
- Visit project sites to document progress and coordinate with clients and contractors.
- Attend client meetings and conduct site inspections when required.
- Assist with project handovers and on-site coordination.
- Represent Little Spoon professionally during external meetings and events.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who is
- Located in Bali
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Confident communicating with clients, partners, and vendors.
- Willing to travel within Bali for client meetings, project visits, and site inspections.
- Comfortable balancing office-based work with field assignments.
- Professional, reliable, and solutions-oriented.
- Able to prioritize multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
- Passionate about sustainability, landscaping, hospitality, agriculture, architecture, or design (preferred but not required).
Requirements
Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Management, Hospitality, Architecture, Landscape Design, Environmental Studies, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in administration, operations, business development, project coordination, hospitality, or marketing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive) and Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with Canva; experience with Notion, ClickUp, Trello, or similar project management tools is an advantage.
- Possesses a valid driver's license (SIM C or SIM A) and is confident traveling independently for work.
- Owns a laptop and smartphone.
