SENIOR MANAGER / GENERAL MANAGER ACCOUNTING

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree in
• Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum
• 10 years of experience
• in Accounting, Finance and/or Tax.
• Minimum
• 3 years of experience in a managerial or senior managerial position
• Proven experience in
• leading and supervising Accounting functions
• Experience overseeing or coordinating
• Managers / Department Heads
• is preferred.
• Strong understanding of
• financial reporting, accounting processes, budgeting, cash flow, and tax compliance
• Experienced in reviewing
• financial statements, management reports, and other financial information
• Familiar with audit processes and able to coordinate with
• external auditors, tax consultants, banks, and other relevant parties
• Experience in
• construction, EPC, project-based, or similar industries
• is preferred.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills, with the ability to work closely with senior management.
• Good communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
• Mandarin language proficiency is a plus.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and oversee the overall Accounting function
• Supervise and coordinate Accounting, Finance and Tax Managers
• Review financial statements, accounting records, management reports and financial information
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, banks and other external parties
• Support budgeting, financial planning and cash flow management
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support management decision-making
• Review and improve accounting policies, procedures and internal controls
• Ensure effective coordination between Accounting, Finance, Tax and other departments
• Develop and maintain a strong Accounting team
