Housekeeping Laundry & Linen

Responsibilities

• Receive, record, and follow up on guest requests (PMR, linen, amenities, towels, laundry) promptly and accurately.
• Deliver guest laundry and housekeeping items to guest rooms courteously and according to SOP.
• Manage housekeeping supplies and deliveries, including linen, trolleys, towels, and amenities.
• Coordinate with laundry vendors and handle laundry tracking, linen stock, and lost & found records.
• Handle special housekeeping requests (make-up room, spills) and perform bed making and cleaning tasks

Requirements

• Minimum education SMA/SMK, preferably in Housekeeping, Hospitality, or Tourism.
• Minimum 1 year experience as Housekeeping Service / Laundry Attendant in a 5-star hotel; Fresh Graduates with 6 months OJT/DW in a 5-star hotel are welcome.
• Professional and good grooming in accordance with hotel standards.
• Able to communicate in English; other foreign languages are an advantage.
• Familiar with hotel SOPs, housekeeping operations, and service standards
