About the role

• PT. Graha Megaria Raya is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented
• Housekeeping professional
• to join our team in Seminyak, Bali. This is a
• contract position

that plays a vital role in maintaining the exceptional standards of cleanliness, comfort and hospitality that our guests expect. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for ensuring all areas of our property are impeccably maintained, contributing directly to guest satisfaction and the overall reputation of our establishment.

• Key responsibilities
• Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms and common areas to the highest standards of hygiene and presentation
• Inspect rooms systematically to identify any maintenance issues or damage and report them promptly to management
• Stock and replenish guest amenities, linens, towels and supplies in designated areas
• Perform daily deep cleaning tasks including vacuuming, mopping, dusting and sanitising surfaces
• Respond promptly to guest requests and special cleaning requirements with professionalism and courtesy
• Separate and dispose of waste materials in accordance with environmental and health regulations
• Maintain organisation and cleanliness of housekeeping storage areas and supply inventory
• Collaborate with team members to complete assigned tasks efficiently and meet daily housekeeping schedules
• Report any security concerns or unusual situations to supervisory staff immediately
• Follow all health, safety and property protocols and procedures
• What we're looking for
• Proven experience in housekeeping, room cleaning or similar hospitality housekeeping roles
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation
• Excellent physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks throughout the working day
• Reliable, punctual and able to work flexibly, including early mornings, weekends and public holidays as required
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a diverse team
• Proficiency in using housekeeping equipment and cleaning products safely and effectively
• Ability to take initiative, problem-solve and respond positively to feedback
• Knowledge of basic health and safety procedures in hospitality environments
• Fluency in Indonesian and basic English communication skills preferred
