HR Generalist Staff (Mandarin Speaker)

Responsibilities

Responsible for every aspect of human resource management, such as : recruitment, personnel administration, compensation & benefit, payroll, industrial relation & employee relation.

• Maintain accurate data in HRIS systems in compliance with internal standards.
• Assisting the Head of HR in preparing and managing HR reports, employee performance analysis, and annual employee evaluations.
• Collaborate with HR colleagues to support consistent HR practices across the department.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology / Human Resources Management / Law or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of working experience as HR Generalist, from retail industry will be an advantage.
• Fluency in both Mandarin & English (spoken and written).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, HRIS & Payroll system.
• Familiar in using Lark / Feishu & OA in daily work tasks.
• Has good personal ability to manage sensitive matters with discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism.
