. In this position, you will take full ownership of the entire human resources lifecycle, ensure strict legal compliance, and build robust operational HR frameworks to support our rapidly expanding business.
Design, implement, and continuously evaluate HR Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) from scratch to ensure smooth and efficient operational workflows.
Oversee strategic manpower planning, recruitment processes (for both operational staff and managerial roles), onboarding journeys, and employee retention initiatives.
Design and monitor periodic performance appraisal systems based on key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish clear career progression pathways.
Ensure all corporate policies and actions strictly comply with current Indonesian Labor Laws (UU Ketenagakerjaan / UU Cipta Kerja) while maintaining a harmonious workplace environment.
Supervise payroll structures, manage BPJS Kesehatan & Ketenagakerjaan administrations, and oversee overall employee welfare programs.
Conduct Training Need Analysis (TNA) and organize targeted development programs to elevate team competencies.
