Job Summary
The HRGA Manager is responsible for leading and managing the Human Resources and General Affairs functions across the Holding Company and its Sub-Holding entities. This role is responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, SOPs, organizational development initiatives, performance management systems, company culture, employee development, compensation & benefits, employee relations, and HR compliance.
The position also oversees General Affairs operations, including facilities, assets, inventory, vehicles, procurement, and workplace services, ensuring efficient and compliant operations.
The HRGA Manager will act as a strategic HR business partner to management, while ensuring consistent HRGA standards, policies, and practices across the Group. The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a multicultural and fast-paced business environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and HR systems across Holding & Sub-Holding.
- Lead the design and implementation of an integrated performance management framework covering KPI governance, performance evaluation, and talent development.
- Drive Company Culture Management, Employee Engagement, and Organizational Development.
- Oversee Payroll, BPJS, Compensation & Benefits, and Employee Relations.
- Manage General Affairs, facilities, assets, and vendors.
- Ensure HR compliance, governance, and labor regulations.
- Coordinate HRGA matters with Shareholders, Holding/Sub-Holding Management, and key stakeholders.
- Lead the HRGA team and provide strategic HR advice to management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Law, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 7–10 years of experience in HR/GA, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial or leadership position.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, industrial relations, payroll, BPJS, compensation & benefits, and General Affairs.
- Proven experience in HR strategy, organizational development, performance management, employee development, and company culture management.
- Strong experience in developing and implementing HR policies, SOPs, systems, and processes.
- Familiar with HRIS and digital HR management tools.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work strategically while remaining hands-on in day-to-day HRGA operations.
- Able to work effectively with Holding Company and Sub-Holding management.
- Fluent in English – MUST.
- Chinese/Mandarin proficiency – Advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a multicultural and fast-paced business environment.
