About the Role

We are looking for a highly driven and commercially minded **Senior Business Development Officer** to develop institutional and corporate business in Indonesia.

This role will be responsible for acquiring new institutional and corporate clients, managing strategic client relationships, identifying business opportunities, and driving **revenue, transaction volume, and business growth**.

You will manage the full business development and sales cycle, from prospecting and client qualification to onboarding, activation, transaction development, retention, and account expansion.

This is a **senior individual contributor role reporting directly to the Director**, with significant exposure to senior management, institutional clients, and key business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies to acquire institutional and corporate clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with banks, securities companies, asset managers, investment managers, institutional investors, and corporate treasury teams.
• Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities.
• Develop and manage a strong institutional and corporate sales pipeline.
• Conduct market mapping and identify potential target clients and business segments.
• Present the company's trading platform, financial products, and business solutions to prospective clients.
• Manage the end-to-end business development process, including prospecting, qualification, negotiation, onboarding, activation, retention, and account expansion.
