About the role
We are seeking a talented and experienced Human Resource Generalist to join our dynamic team at PT LUYU MACHINERY GROUP. In this contract role, you will be responsible for driving the full spectrum of human resource functions, including payroll, employee relations, performance management, and HR policy development. This position is based in Kalideres, West Jakarta.
What you'll be doing
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance and employee satisfaction
- Provide guidance and support to managers on performance management or KPI implementation, employee relations, and other HR-related matters
- Analyse HR data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and inform strategic decision-making
- Hands-on to payroll (manual) distribution, BPJS, WLKP, and others HR operations related.
- Support asset management activities with General Affairs, mainly related to office and operational vehicle rentals.
- Able to handle end-to-end recruitment.
- What we're looking for
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably within a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian employment laws and HR best practices
- Proficient in HR data analysis
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with employees at all levels
- Proactive problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
