Experienced in developing and implementing updated HR policies, procedures, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in compliance with Indonesian Labor Law and company standards.
Lead Industrial Relations (IR) activities, including employee relations, disciplinary actions, grievance handling, and dispute resolution while maintaining a positive working environment.
Familiar with labor regulations, BPJS, employment contracts, and other statutory requirements.
Manage performance management processes, including KPI setting, performance appraisal, succession planning, and talent development initiatives.
Monitor HR metrics and prepare management reports on headcount, recruitment, turnover, absenteeism, productivity, training, and other HR KPIs.
Partner with HSE and operational departments to support workforce planning, safety culture, and regulatory compliance within the shipyard environment.
Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team to achieve departmental objectives and promote continuous improvement across HR processes.
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Law, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is an advantage.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 3 years in a managerial role within a shipyard, shipbuilding, manufacturing, engineering, or EPC industry.
Strong knowledge of Indonesian Labor Law, Industrial Relations, HR best practices, and statutory compliance. Preferably with CHRM Certification will be a strong advantage.
Proven experience in managing recruitment, manpower planning, performance management, compensation & benefits, Learning & Development, and employee relations.
Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills. High integrity, professionalism, and the ability to handle confidential information.
