Requirements

• Male/Female
• Bachelor's Degree (any discipline)
• 3–5 years of experience as a Resource Management Group (RMG), Resource Planner, or Workforce Planning Executive in the IT industry.
• Experience in resource allocation, project staffing, workforce planning, capacity planning, and bench management.
• Strong coordination skills with Project Managers, Delivery Managers, HR, and Recruitment teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting.
• Good communication and organizational skills.

We are looking for an experienced Resource Management Group (RMG) Executive to join our IT organization. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in resource management, workforce planning, or project staffing within the IT industry. The candidate will be responsible for optimizing resource allocation, managing project staffing, monitoring resource utilization, and working closely with delivery managers, project managers, and HR teams to ensure efficient workforce deployment.
