• We're looking for an
• IT Administrator
• to join our
• IT team

in Batam, taking full ownership of the day-to-day technology operations and the automation systems behind them that keep our teams productive and secure across the region.

• What You'll Be Doing
• Provide first-line and escalated IT support to employees, including hardware, software, and connectivity troubleshooting.

Own employee onboarding and offboarding from the IT side, including device setup, account provisioning, access management, license assignment, and deactivation.

Maintain and track IT asset inventory across laptops, monitors, peripherals, warranty status, assignment, and lifecycle stage.

Take full ownership of existing automation workflows, including AnyCross approval flows, offboarding bots, webhook integrations, and deletion request handling.

• Build and maintain automation scripts using Python, JavaScript, webhooks, SQL, and GitLab.
• Write and maintain SQL queries for IT, asset, and access reporting.
• Document IT processes, automation logic, and runbooks to strengthen the team's knowledge base.
• Support vendor coordination for device procurement, repair, and logistics.

• Who We Are Looking For
• 1-2 years of experience in IT support/operations, with real hands-on automation or scripting work.
• Working proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript, with the ability to read, write, and debug scripts independently.
• Experience with webhooks/API integrations and at least one low-code or workflow automation platform.
• Comfortable writing SQL queries for reporting and investigation.
• Familiarity with Git/GitLab workflows, including branching, merge requests, and commit hygiene.
• Genuine curiosity about technology: you tinker, build, search, test, and figure things out.
• Strong ownership: you follow through, communicate risks early, and do not wait to be told what to do.
• Good communication skills: you can explain technical topics clearly to non-technical colleagues.
