IT Development Manager

• We're looking for an experienced
• Development Manager

to lead our software development team in building and enhancing enterprise applications across POS, web, and mobile platforms. If you're passionate about technology, software architecture, and leading high-performing teams, we'd love to hear from you!

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the end-to-end software development lifecycle for POS, web, and mobile applications.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications.
• Drive software architecture decisions and ensure adherence to coding standards, clean code principles, and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Oversee system integration with SAP ERP, payment gateways, and third-party APIs.
• Implement and optimize Agile/Scrum development processes to ensure timely project delivery.
• Manage source code repositories, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes.
• Mentor and develop software engineers while fostering a collaborative and high-performance team culture.
• Identify technical risks, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure system reliability and performance.
• Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements to existing systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum
• 8 years of experience
• in software development, with experience in a leadership or managerial role.
• Proven experience developing and managing
• POS, web, and mobile applications
• in a retail or enterprise environment.
• Strong understanding of
• algorithms, data structures, object-oriented programming (OOP), software design principles, and clean code practices
• Hands-on experience with
• Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile/Scrum methodologies, RESTful APIs, and software architecture
• Proficient in one or more modern programming languages and frameworks such as
• Java, .NET, PHP, Node.js, React
• , or similar technologies.
• Experience working with relational databases such as
• SQL Server, MySQL
• , Git version control, and
• CI/CD implementation
• Strong understanding of retail business processes and application integration with
• SAP ERP, payment gateways, and third-party APIs
• Excellent leadership, communication, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and project management skills.
