Participants will undergo cross-functional learning, job rotations, and direct mentoring from business unit leaders to prepare them for future leadership roles across the company's seven core business functions.
Placement Areas
- Production
- Manage daily manufacturing operations and production output.
- Process Engineering
- Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes.
- Maintenance (MTC)
- Ensure the reliability and performance of production machinery and plant facilities.
- PPIC (Production Planning & Inventory Control)
- Plan and control production schedules, inventory, and material flow.
- Quality Assurance / Quality Control (QA/QC)
- Ensure product quality standards and consistency throughout the manufacturing process.
- Product Engineering
- Develop, design, and improve new products in accordance with customer and company requirements.
- Sales & Marketing
- Develop market strategies and drive business growth through customer engagement and sales initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or Applied Bachelor's Degree (S1/D4) in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Mechatronics Engineering / Industrial Engineering / Automation Industrial Engineering and any other related engineering majors.

- Willing to participate in job rotations and be assigned to any business unit within ADR Group.
- Willing to be assigned to any ADR Group site in Tangerang or Kapuk.
- Demonstrate strong leadership potential, analytical thinking, and the ability to work in a target-driven environment.
