Job Responsibilities
Participate in rotational training across production functions to build a thorough, hands-on understanding of production workflows, technical/process standards, equipment operation, and shop-floor management.
Bachelor's degree (S1) in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Food Science, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, or other related disciplines. Outstanding Diploma (D3/D4) graduates with excellent academic performance and strong practical experience may also be considered.
Demonstrated leadership potential through academic projects, internships, student organizations, competitions, or other extracurricular activities.
Willing to work in a hands-on manufacturing environment, participate in cross-functional rotations, and be assigned to different departments or locations as required.
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, Six Sigma, or manufacturing processes is an advantage but not mandatory.
