. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive business growth and enhance our brand visibility. You will be at the heart of our marketing communications efforts, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful campaigns and initiatives that resonate with our target audiences. This position offers the chance to contribute meaningfully to the strategic direction of our marketing function whilst supporting the broader objectives of PT. Meranti Adi Perkasa.

• Key responsibilities
• Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels to promote products, services and brand messaging
• Create compelling marketing content including copywriting, social media posts, email communications and promotional materials
• Manage and monitor digital marketing platforms, including social media accounts, email marketing systems and marketing automation tools
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities and insights that inform marketing strategy
• Collaborate with design, creative and communications teams to produce high-quality marketing collateral and visual assets
• Plan and coordinate marketing events, sponsorships and promotional activities that strengthen brand engagement
• Analyse campaign performance using relevant metrics and analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations for optimisation
• Maintain accurate records of marketing activities, budgets and performance data
• Support the development and implementation of brand guidelines and messaging frameworks
• Liaise with external agencies, vendors and partners to ensure timely delivery of marketing initiatives
• What we're looking for
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field
• Proven experience working in a marketing or marketing communications role, ideally within a corporate or agency environment

Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools, including social media platforms, email marketing and content management systems

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian, with the ability to craft compelling marketing messages
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for developing innovative marketing solutions
• Proficiency in using marketing software, analytics tools and design applications is advantageous
• Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make evidence-based marketing decisions
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
