About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative (Architectural) to join our team at our office in Serpong, Banten. This is a full-time position where you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and building strong relationships with architects, contractors, and design professionals. As a Sales Representative (Architectural), you will be responsible for promoting our architectural products and solutions, identifying new business opportunities, and providing expert guidance to help clients select the right materials for their projects. This role is essential to our business expansion strategy and offers the opportunity to work with industry professionals whilst building a rewarding career in the architectural sales sector.

Key responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities with architects, contractors, developers, and other architectural professionals in your territory

• Present and demonstrate architectural products and solutions to prospective clients, highlighting features, benefits, and applications
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
• Prepare and deliver accurate quotations and proposals tailored to client specifications and project requirements
• Conduct site visits and project consultations to understand client needs and recommend appropriate architectural solutions
• Provide technical product knowledge and specifications to support the sales process and client decision-making
• Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to close sales and meet revenue targets
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for product positioning and competitive advantage
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline management using CRM systems
• Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure seamless project delivery and customer satisfaction
• What we're looking for
• Proven experience as a Sales Representative or Sales Consultant, preferably in architectural materials, construction, or related industries
• Strong knowledge of architectural products, materials, and building systems
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
• Strong negotiation and closing skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Ability to work independently and manage your own territory whilst collaborating effectively with team members
• Knowledge of the Indonesian architectural and construction market
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel within the Serpong area and surrounding regions
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, architecture, or a related field is preferred
• Fluency in Indonesian and English (both written and spoken)
