• Marketing Social Media

professional to join our Brand Management team. This is a full-time position based in Batam Kota, Riau Islands. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive social media strategies that strengthen our brand presence across all digital platforms. You will play a pivotal role in building meaningful connections with our audience, driving engagement, and supporting the company's broader marketing objectives through innovative and strategic social media initiatives.

Key responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across multiple platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Threads, and LinkedIn

Create, curate, and publish engaging content including copywriting, graphics, videos, and interactive posts that resonate with our target audience

• Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages in a timely manner, and build meaningful community relationships
• Analyse social media performance metrics and provide regular reports on engagement, reach, and conversion rates
• Collaborate with other marketing team members to ensure brand consistency and alignment with overall marketing objectives
• Manage social media advertising campaigns and optimise budgets for maximum return on investment
• Stay current with social media trends, platform updates, and emerging digital marketing techniques
• Identify and engage with influencers and key stakeholders to expand brand reach and credibility
• Conduct competitor analysis and provide insights to inform social media strategy
• What we're looking for
• Proven experience of 2+ years in social media marketing, brand management or a related marketing role
• Strong knowledge of major social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and Threads
• Demonstrated proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
• Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content and innovative campaign ideas
• Understanding of brand management principles and digital marketing best practices
• Proficiency in graphic design software or content creation tools is advantageous
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations
• Ability to work independently whilst collaborating effectively within a team environment
• Fluency in Indonesian and English languages is preferred
