About the role
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Manager responsible for managing software and ERP implementation projects from planning through delivery.
- Key responsibilities
- Manage project timelines, milestones, scope, resources, and deliverables.
- Lead and coordinate Business Analysts and Developers throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage client and stakeholder communication, expectations, and requirements.
- Monitor project progress, risks, issues, and dependencies, and ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate with Business Analysts and Developers to ensure requirements are properly documented and implemented.
- Conduct project meetings and provide regular progress updates and reports.
- Maintain clear project documentation, timelines, meeting notes, and project records.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and according to client expectations.
- Support successful software implementation, deployment, and handover.
- Be available for on-site work in Jakarta and abroad when required.
- About you
- 2–3 years of experience in Project Management, preferably in software, ERP, or SaaS implementation.
- Proven experience managing software implementation projects from planning through delivery.
- Experience managing and coordinating Business Analysts and Developers.
- Strong project management, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Structured, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong documentation, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Good written and verbal English communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Odoo experience is preferred, especially experience with an established Odoo Partner.
