Operasions Manager

Responsibilities

• Own and oversee end-to-end business operations across inventory, warehouse, fulfillment, logistics, customer service, and General Affairs.
• Manage and optimize operational systems (primarily Jubelio ERP) to ensure data accuracy, process efficiency, and scalable workflows.
• Develop and improve operational SOPs, workflows, and processes to drive continuous improvement.
• Lead inventory management, stock allocation, and warehouse operations across all sales channels.
• Manage end-to-end order fulfillment and coordinate with third-party logistics (3PL) partners to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Support operational readiness and execution across all sales channels, including retail, events, and new business initiatives.
• Analyze operational data, prepare reports, monitor KPIs, and provide recommendations to improve efficiency and business performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
• Manage operational, logistics, and General Affairs vendors, including office facilities, company assets, and procurement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Warehouse, or Business Operations, preferably in retail or e-commerce.
• Hands-on experience using ERP systems, preferably Jubelio.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, reporting, and data analysis.
• Strong understanding of inventory management, warehouse operations, fulfillment, and logistics.
• Experience working with third-party logistics (3PL) platforms such as Biteship is a plus.
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
