Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Fleet & Guest Operations Coordinator, based in Bali, to remotely manage our Singapore driver fleet and guest experience operations. In this role, you will be the key link between Singapore-based drivers and guests, ensuring every trip runs smoothly from start to finish — all coordinated remotely.

You will communicate daily with our fleet of drivers in Singapore, build and manage the daily roster, and match drivers with guests based on schedules and requirements. You'll also issue daily tickets for tours, transport, or activities, and guide guests on their itinerary helping them understand what to do, where to go, and how to make the most of their trip.

This is a fast-paced, remote coordination role requiring strong communication skills, quick decision-making, and comfort managing operations across time zones and locations (9:00 AM – 10:00 PM shift). You'll handle real-time issues such as delays, driver availability, or last-minute guest requests, ensuring a seamless experience even while managing everything remotely from Bali.

• Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate daily with Singapore-based drivers to manage fleet availability and schedules
• Create and update the daily driver roster remotely
• Match guests with drivers based on itinerary and requirements
• Issue daily tickets for tours, activities, or transport
• Guide guests on their day's plan and activities
• Resolve real-time operational issues (delays, no-shows, changes) remotely
• Maintain daily reports on trips, tickets, and driver performance

Requirements

• Based in Bali, Indonesia
• Strong communication skills (English required; additional languages a plus)
• Comfortable managing remote operations for a different country/timezone
• Experience in fleet management, tour operations, or hospitality preferred
• Highly organized with strong multitasking ability
• Reliable internet connection and comfortable working long shifts (9 AM – 10 PM)
