• Oversee daily F&B retail operations for efficiency and service excellence.

• Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in F&B retail operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent knowledge of F&B industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, P&L management, and cost control.
• Proficiency in operational software, POS systems, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
• Experience in multi-unit operations management.
• Familiarity with digital transformation in F&B operations.
• Strong background in customer experience and service excellence.
• Office and on-site work at various F&B retail locations.
• Flexible working hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
