One of the key frontliners in delivering excellent customer service at Asuransi Astra is the Account Officer, whose main responsibilities include:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with Asuransi Astra’s preferred customers.
- Identifying and analyzing business opportunities to acquire new accounts and secure policy renewals.
- Achieving and exceeding the targets that have been set.
- Bachelor’s degree in any field, preferably Industrial Engineering or Communication Studies.
- At least 2–3 years of experience in
- marketing or sales, particularly in handling VIP customers or key accounts, will be an advantage
- Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Demonstrated initiative and a strong drive to exceed assigned targets.
- Willing to be based at the Kelapa Gading branch office.
- Possess a valid driver's license (SIM A) and be able to drive a car.
