QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business or Engineering majors or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management, contracting and procurement. Experience
- in the oil and gas or petrochemical industries are preferred but not mandatory.
- Proven experience in contract negotiation, tender evaluation, supplier relationship management and
- contract management.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to act with urgency, accountability and manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in English both written and speaking and able to communicate in business language.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in using data analysis tools and software.
- Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, such as SAP or Oracle.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
