JOB DESCRIPTIONS
- Oversee and manage the direct labors to ensure production schedule are met with the desirable product quality level
- Enforce line discipline and systematic housekeeping through continuous training, briefing, monitoring and personal developing
- Make continuous improvements in product quality and productivity through yield improvement program and efficiency tracking
- Encourage employee contribution to working out problems, participating in decision making, boosts commitment and team spirit
- Understanding of the e-IMR/ RTS/ MRB procedure, BOM structure
- Build internal team work & communicate with other department to achieve company goal;
- Optimize the usage of machine capacity and feedback on abnormality.
- Responsible for implementing all company policies
- Performing all other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor in Electronics/ IT
- Experience in the same position at PCBA/ Semiconductor manufacturing company
- Familiar with Microsoft Office and other relevant software program
- Strong leadership and able to work at flexible schedule as needed
- Able to work by target and rotating shift
- Able to communicate in English
