Educational Background and Major Requirements
(1) Full-time bachelor’s degree or above. Preference will be given to candidates with relevant qualifications in K3 Occupational Health and Safety, Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Public Health (occupational disease prevention, site health management, and epidemic prevention), Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering; candidates capable of managing MEP and heavy-equipment safety are preferred.
(2) Basic English reading and writing skills, with the ability to coordinate and handle English HSE management documents and related materials.
(1) At least 3 years of safety management experience on construction projects in Indonesia; familiar with Indonesia’s SMK3 safety management system and capable of independently establishing safety systems, organising emergency drills, coordinating Manpower Office inspections, and conducting accident investigation and handling. Experience managing large projects with more than 100 personnel and overseas projects for Chinese-invested enterprises is preferred.
(2) Familiar with construction-site safety risk control and safety-management requirements for piling works, structural steel works, temporary construction power, and heavy-equipment operations; capable of establishing and maintaining comprehensive safety ledgers and records.
(3) Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and able to prepare weekly/monthly K3 safety reports, ensuring that safety records are compliant, complete, and traceable and meet Employer and government inspection requirements.
(4) Strong overall project safety management capability, including independently establishing the SMK3 management system, organising emergency drills, conducting accident investigations, and coordinating safety-management activities with the Manpower Office, the Employer, and other relevant parties.
