About the Role

Ryvo is looking for a motivated and organized Recruiter to join our team and help connect talented candidates with the right career opportunities.

You will support the full recruitment process, including reviewing applications, interviewing candidates, coordinating with clients, and managing candidates throughout each stage of hiring.

The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator who enjoys working with people, stays organized, and can manage multiple open positions in a fast-paced remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Review applications and identify candidates who meet each role’s requirements.
• Conduct initial interviews and evaluate candidates’ experience, communication skills, professionalism, and overall suitability.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
• Keep candidates informed throughout the recruitment process and provide a professional, positive experience.
• Write and publish clear, engaging job advertisements across multiple platforms.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and keep the recruitment pipeline organized and up to date.
• Work closely with the recruitment team to fill positions efficiently and achieve hiring goals.
• Communicate regularly with clients regarding candidate progress, interview outcomes, and feedback.
• Follow up with candidates and clients to keep the hiring process moving forward.

Requirements

• Previous experience in recruitment, human resources, customer service, or another people-focused role is preferred.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Able to manage multiple positions, candidates, and priorities simultaneously.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Professional, responsive, and dependable.
• Proficient with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
• Experience using recruitment platforms such as SEEK, Indeed, LinkedIn, or an applicant tracking system is an advantage.
